  SUNY New Paltz Travel Registry

 

The SUNY New Paltz Travel Registry is a secure, online system for faculty, staff and students to document their international or domestic travel plans due to faculty-led study abroad programs, recruitment efforts, site visits, conference attendance and more. 

Register your travel in 3 steps:

  1. Collect your travel details.

  2. Click "Register Travel Now" below to enter them into the registration form.

  3. Click update once complete.
     


Smart Traveler Enrollment Program

In addition to registering your travel with SUNY New Paltz, we strongly recommend registering your trip with the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program

What is it?

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling and living abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

What are the Benefits?

  • Receive important information from the Embassy about safety conditions in your destination country, helping you make informed decisions about your travel plans.

  • Help the U.S. Embassy contact you in an emergency, whether natural disaster, civil unrest, or family emergency.

  • Help family and friends get in touch with you in an emergency.
